Co-Vice President
Van Katmanivong has worked in the auto industry for over 20 years, bringing a strong work ethic and technical experience to his role as Co-Vice President of LACM. He is passionate about serving the community and supporting cultural preservation efforts. Van is married to Chantal Tran, and together they are proud parents of two daughters: one is currently completing her college degree, while the older daughter has already graduated.
Xayya Chanthathirath
Co-Vice President
Xayya Chanthathirath brings a wealth of experience working with nonprofit organizations. His professional background includes both nonprofit leadership and hands-on expertise in stone and interior design work, particularly in applying decorative stonework to home interiors and exteriors. Xayya is committed to cultural preservation and community empowerment through service.


Thiphaphone Vongphachanh
Secretary
Thiphaphone Vongphachanh has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, working as a custodial supervisor at a hospital. Her leadership, reliability, and organizational skills contribute greatly to her role as Secretary at LACM. She is passionate about supporting cultural initiatives and creating inclusive spaces for community engagement.
Chantal Tran
Treasurer
Chantal Tran has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and currently works as an account specialist. Known for her dedication and attention to detail, she plays a key role in managing LACM’s financial operations. Chantal is married to Van Katmanivong, and together they are proud parents of two daughters: one is currently completing her college degree, while the older daughter has already graduated.
